Had more problems here in 5 visits than I had for 4 years at the Chattanooga center. Deferred for 2 months because of a bad needle stick followed by a machine code I had no control over.
Worst experience today. I was hooked up to the machine for an hour and a half. My arm was hurting and it took 45 minutes for them to finally get it going again. Then the site started leaking saline and blood. I asked for help and no one was in a rush to come over. Also during my donation I noticed the staff going from patient to patient and not changing gloves. Now I have the biggest bruise on my arm. I’ve never had such a bruise.

They have done great every time I have been in very nice friendly and with help with anything you ask about.
