It was a really nice experience at this facility the person that did my physical was really nice and caring, this place is amazing

After donating for a year I was sprayed by another donors plasma. In such an event, they are supposed to send you to a doctor and pay you your donor fees until you are approved to return by a doctor. They even promised this on the day of the incident. They then proceeded to place me on a 4 month deferral and failed to make any effort to fix the situation even after speaking with the manager multiple times. All i ever got was excuses. Disrespectful and irresponsible.
10/10 everyone is so very sweet
I have a great time every visit. Casey is amazing and makes the experience even better.
