If I could give them zero stars I would the manager is absolutely disgusting rude so is the employees and they they will make you go through an hour and a half process just to tell you you can’t donate over tape. This whole place needs to be evaluated by higher ups and realize that their employees are crap. The manager refused to talk to me.
I will never come back into this location. I will be driving to Kennesaw to Biolife who by the way pays more. I donated last month and had a physical due to not donating for 5 months which im ok with. I understand the rules but i come back one month later to stand in line for 1 hour to to be told i have to have another physical. I make $25 for one donation over 2 hours for $25 is bullcrap. Everyone is super nice expect Joseph. Attitude towards questions needs to be checked. Not everyone donates a million times like most who walk in there do, so no worker should be annoyed when asked anything.
