Received an email saying I haven't donated in sometime and that I would receive an extra $50 on my 1st and 5th donations of August. I donated today and did not receive said extra. When I called they said the email was a mistake and they would not honor it. Basically I went and donated under the pretense of receiving said extra amount and never did and CSL said they would not honor it nor find any other promotions I was eligible for any other promotions and the representative said it was a mistake I received the email. This location is an absolute failure on all aspects.... totally incompetent. I tried to switch donating from Onalaska(Biolife) location to Southside La Crosse (CSL)for convenience to me and still provide much needed plasma for needed patients.... stick with BIOLIFE.... trust me
