I've been coming here for a while, and I find it frustrating that the service is so slow. It often seems like the workers are just walking around without being productive.
Some of the staff are OK but the nurse they have is extremely rude and callous in how she speaks to people you need a new nurse

Hay gente profesional que habla español y busca trabajo, abran las ofertas laborales y cambien ese mal servicio que es un intercambio. No traten como mendigos homeless a la gente, así les regalen no los traten así. Pero, no les regalan, es un intercambio de servicios.
DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!! The wait is 2 1/2 hours to donate. They will say the machines aren’t working, but apparently nobody wants to fix them because they haven’t been working since they got them. Super frustrating experience coming here, employees are joking and playing while the wait is 3 hours long
Every time I come it's slower than last time. Apparently the new machines are damaged quickly because they are fewer that work.
