Buenas tardes, yo me quiero quejar del personal de vitales, la mayoría te atienden de mala manera, de una forma grosera y como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor, en especial quiero quejarme de la señorita Scarlett, tiene una horrible actitud y solo con los clientes porque con sus compañeros de trabajo se la pasa riendo, al final del día todos somos humanos y tenemos malos días pero eso no es justificación para atender de esa manera como si le molestara su trabajo, y no soy la única persona que piensa lo mismo sobre la actit... read more

I came to donate plasma on Sunday April 26 and the staff completely treated me horribly. I have never had a worse experience from a plasma center. The receptionist that got my vitals checked, he was a male and I believe he stated his name was Roger or Robert was completely being rude and seemed completely distracted during the procedure which was concerning. I don’t know if this individual was tired, on drugs or just spacing out but he should not be working in a place like this under those conditions for the safety of others... read more

Was at location for 1 1/2 hours to find out that since I was diagnosed with melanoma and it wasn't more than 5 years ago I couldn't donate. Maybe when I answer that question while being there only 1/2 hour in it would have been nice to know. Not sure ill donate in 6 mo ths when I'm past the 5 year mark. I was very disappointed.
