The staff could be more professional but my main complaint is with alot of the other donors. Multiple times Ive gon in here and while waiting in line to be screened, there is ALWAYS some dirtbag right behind me gagging, coughing, sneezing, etc and they do not cover their mouths or turn away. Several, not all, of the donors are just utterly disgusting. How can people be such dirtbags and go into a crowded place and just start coughing and sneezing all over other people? GROSS! I went there for a month last yr and here are my conclusions. Very long wait times, their intake process goes at the speed of a snail. In addition, you get sent to the nurse for EVERY stupid/ridiculous reason which makes your wait time even longer . (It usually takes 2-2 1/2 hours total to get done) Untrained staff, I got bruises every time I went there. And when you get bruises you have to wait until they heal before donating again (2 weeks usually). The staff are unfriendly and rude. Not to mention a lot of the p... read more

Love yourself enough and go somewhere else. CSL Plasma is extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of your time. They’ll send you home 2-3 times to fetch surprise documents they want. None of this information is on their website FYI. Their site says you need your ID, social security card, and proof of address. That is very false! The nurse, Cici Heim, apparently didn’t finish nurse school and lacks the ability to take down accurate information from the patient, which then her mistake causes you to fetch more documents f... read more
CSL Plasma removed a survey questioning donor satisfaction with payment, despite a significant decrease in donation payments, especially for new and returning donors. The survey should include questions about bonuses and promo codes, which are rarely available and cannot be found in the app. To compensate for the decrease in payment, CSL should reinstate questions involving payment and real questions that matter to both donors and those considering donating. The security harassed my wife in the waiting room while I was donating , donating takes almost an hour and the security asked my wife multiple times why she was in the waiting room .
