Horrible first experience moved the needle around in my arm bruising me bad and having blood get all on my arm and then they tried the other arm... been 5 days still badly bruised ...to each their own but I won’t go back

the staff is very curtious and pr ofessional, i highly recomend it. 5 stars!!!!
They took 4 hrs to see my brother. Im a doner here and i was told i couldnt wait for him there i had to go to the departure area and remain seated. 4hrs sitting down i had to get up and walk lady was rude. They need to see my side also. Worst part of it all. They wernt even busy and they took 4rs. Poor service and rude employees she yelled from other side of room. Instead of aproaching me and asking me nicely to remain seated i aint a kid to be yelled at. Alot of new people working here ive been donating longer then that emp... read more
