Best phlebotomist there is dena / Dee I can't believe she no longer works there no more but iszzy and tika and justice all are grate so is jenny and Nikki those lady are the best and make everything better when you donate and maydean she the best receptionist they got and the msa ladys are the best of the best there

Place is a joke I've witnessed certain type of person cut the line infront of everyone cause his buddy wanted him to...when he was asked if he cut the line he told the lady he didnt but clearly he did I even told the manager lady to check security footage...cause footage don't lie....
I have noticed most of all blood plasma centers are the same except that BioLife pays more but still the same long wait to donate. In my personal opinion I really can't understand why you don't have a larger area for these people donating. I understand that you possibly pay for the lot in parking and other things but you have the money to expand. Plus you only have a selected few employees that actually do their jobs correctly, For instance why are your employees on their phones why working, does taking blood require a phone... read more
