They make do all the process again just because I went to my car to bring my jacket, I get blame in front of everybody, the I repeat the process again, and when I move to the line where I was standing the calm e laugh again and them they put me to the end of the line after waiting for one hour. Double humiliation in one day, and I don’t need to be embarrassed for give my plasma, never comeback again
I have no problem with the staff you can ask for a different staff member and they will work with you it's the time and waiting mainly the pay sucks you don't get a birthday bonus like they say staff is great give respect they give it back saving a life for $50/$60 start paying more just saying 5☆☆☆☆☆ FOR THE STAFF MORNING STAFF
