They defer people for bs reasons. They wrongfully accused me of sleeping and nodding off while I was donating and deferred me for a whole da*# month. They lecture you in a private room like you're a little kid, every time they catch you either nodding off or violating one of some of their bogus rules. Grifols Plasma center isn't that strict and pathetic as this place. Don't donate here if you live in Yuma County, AZ, donate at Grifols in Yuma instead. A more friendlier and fairer staff of people.
