Joshilyn is always very nice to me and makes sure that I am feeling fine once the needle is in my arm, i have very deep veins and she makes sure she gets my vein on the first try with minimal pain i appreciate that a lot. I would choose her 1000% of the time on the donation floor!
The staff are always friendly, apologetic if there is a bit of an unexpected wait while still doing their best to minimize wait times, and I even have fun conversations from time to time with the nurses that are screening me. Avery especially we discussed some of our favorite shows and movies while waiting for the centrifuge to test my hematocrit and protein levels. Hope you enjoyed your Friday!
I've been donating at the Federal Way location since August. The site is sparkling clean, the staff is outstanding and very kind. The equipment is almost brand new. My last visit, I had the pleasure of working with Quitta but all the staff is a ray of sunshine
