There only drawback is being SLOW. There will be a longer line waiting to get screened and only 2 employees working when there are a lot of other employees standing around that could help, but don't. Other than that they're really good, clean, very friendly, and knowledgeable.

THIS PLACE BANNED ME FOR BEING A RECOVERING ALCOHOLIC!! I WAS TALKING ABOUT MY SOBRIETY AND ALL OF A SUDDEN WAS TOLD I CANT DONATE BECAUSE I LIVE IN CLEAN AND SOBER LIVING!!! I'VE BEEN DONATING SINCE 2019!! I WAS JUST HAVING A FRIENDLY CONVERSATION!!! SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE!!! WHAT DOES IT MATTER IF I LIVE IN CLEAN AND SOBER LIVING AND IM IN RECOVERY?? DISCRIMINATION AT ITS FINEST!!!
Horrible place only because of the horrible people who work here. I waited 2 hours to get poked and I joked about having a "curfew" to get back to my sober living house. The little blonde hair ponytail girl asked me about living in so er living and then told me that because I said that in front of another worker that I can't donate. I was literally about to get poked. Wow. DISCRIMINATION towards a recovering alcoholic. Bravo.
This is my 375th donation here, I'm not new. You guys have 20 people in line right now and 2 phelbotomists on the floor. I've been her for an hour and I'm still 5th in line. You guys gotta get it together. You lower the amount paid per bottle by $5/donation and we still wait THIS long? This is nothing new. Figure it out. Phlebotomists are cool but your staffing is ass.
