Worst experience ever. I been to multiple CSL locations nationwide and this one is the worst one. I will never come here again. If I could I would leave 0 stars.
Everything is ok but a lot of times things are very slow especially getting disconnected when you finish you end up sitting there waiting for someone for a while
Went in today as a first time donor, and everyone was extremely kind and helpful! I did my screening with Shani, and she was very sweet, and explained everything clearly! Nazari did my set up in the chair, and she made sure I wasn't too nervous, even went as far as to ask if I wanted someone to hold my hand while she put the needle in which I thought was super considerate. Aspen was a DST on the donor floor and she stopped by me and a few other donors to check on us and make sure we were comfortable during the whole process.... read more
love the staff here everyone is so friendly. really accomodating and felt like they became friends over time. nothing but love for yall and the center is clean, well lit. everyone is very professional. never had a bad experience here.
Tried coming in as a first time donor. Someone told me over the phone prior to my arrival that they would accept a tax return in lieu of my social security card. When I presented it, they said they needed a W2 with my full SSN, which doesn’t come in that format. Long story short, I wasted my time coming in because of misinformation by their staff. Going to donate at Biolife instead since they don’t make it as difficult.
