Unfortunately you can’t give 0, staff is EXTREMELY lazy! Lines are EXTREMELY long! It’s not worth doing for the time it takes, and the risks you’re taking. The staff in VERY incompetent only a few of the staff know what they are doing and most will have to fix the needle the put in your body multiple times. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
I've been with CSL for years. Off and on. Phoenix, San Diego, now Washington. Their always friendly, clean, and fast. I like that no appointment is needed. Now>The pay is droping, so im seriously considering going anywhere else. They have aquired new machines. They take more than 880 and faster now..yet they're dropping the competition. That's BS As of Aug. 16th. 2025. Pay has dropped again. Im out as soon as I find another place
90% of the beds are open right now and staff on the floor are just chatting. 13 people waiting and they are just hanging out. Ive been in the line about an hour and a half
I have been donating at thr Federal Way location for almost 4 years. The staff is very friendly. My favorite phlebotomist is Becky. She is fast, friendly, and always gets a good stick on the first try.
I needed 4 finger pokes to get my donation sample, but my blood pressure was a point too high to donate. After raising an issue, the manager sent me $15 for my troubles. The next day, I arrived at 6:30 P.M. but got in line at 7:20 to let my blood pressure calm down. I was told I had snuck in after closing but I had a screenshot of my QR code to prove otherwise.
