I would like to give a big “atta girl” to Candy. Over the past several months I have watched her in training and had her stick me for the first time a week or so ago - she did a good job. Today an experienced phleb started me out but it wasn’t going well. Candy made the perfect adjustment and it was smooth sailing after that! Kiddos to Candy for her work ethic and skill (and to Becky who is the best trainer!)
One star for nice people but poorly run. No one is on a machine right now, just a huge line to wait. There are better more efficient donation options elsewhere
Lowered donation fees twice within a 6 month period. Waiting time has doubled since then. Employees seem fed up with their job. And appears to now take 3 employees to set up one machine.
