Friendly and fun staff! Easy process. Today was my first time. Really enjoyed learning that they use plasma to help create medications, that's cool to be a part of. I was there for just over 4 hours. I had planned for about 3 hours and ended up being late for work, but work understood and was glad I went to donate! So, word to the wise, plan for longer than told to expect, just in case. Over all, a great experience and am excited to go back later this week.
thank you for having me there for my first time it was very nice I'm sorry that I couldn't give you a full jar of plasma today but I promise next time I come back in 2 months I will be able to and I'll drink plenty more water thank you again
make sure you talk to someone on the phone before you go there if you live farther away. very nice people. waited here 3 1/2 hrs to find out I have a deferment because of gallbladder surgery 2 months ago. I will be trying again in December. Oh! and no $$. :(
It’s was kinda slow today on donating but other than that the people are really nice
they pay you well for your time, friendly staff
the friendly staff and the warming environment when you walk in
Staff are rude and they don’t know how to manage time. They spend more time talking to one another than they spend on doing their jobs.
