They recently changed the way you check In at the Portage Mi location. I wasn’t sure why but today I tried to scan my barcode to wait to be screened. The security officer stopped me and said I can’t scan it until They call me to a screening booth. I thought he was joking until he physically swatted my hands away from The scanner. He said that it makes the center look better when we scan at the moment we are called to the screening booth as opposed to reporting the actual 45 mins I stood in line to be called to be screened.
