Severely understaffed. if I had a way to Brownsville I'd go to that one and that ones busier. Explain how it's faster, oh yea they have more staff
I think it is hilarious a lot of these negative reviews are complaining about the wait, when everyone is voluntarily choosing to come in. Upon walking in, you can see how long the lines are, one for pre screening and another to be seated to get your plasma drawn, and it is up to your discretion whether you want to wait or not, not to mention the app does a decent job at specifying when the busy times are per day. Long wait
My husband donates from time to time and this place is horrible. they messed up once with a machine that stopped working and it wasn't putting his blood back after taking the plasma. He lost a lot of blood and all this after he waited three hours. then they infiltrated his IV twice already in th past and they wouldnt let him donate after that for weeks due to bruising that happened from it and it took a while to heal.
