After a slow start getting medical review, my experience has been great. I have been lucking going when they were not super busy. Great way to help others and make extra money.
Long wait times and lines, along with inexperienced med staff and managers make this place even harder to visit. Best thing about this location is the WIFI signal. Staff concerned more about work schedules than donor satisfaction. Staff creates an environment of stress and confusion, as they don't give a damn about you. Location needs corporate oversight; as well as audits, inspections, and customer reviews alternatives. Worst management I have ever seen with a manager on site!
A female staff member was extremely rude, multiple times to myself and her fellow employees. I feel sorry for the people who have to work here with her.
