The staff I dealt with directly were nice, but most were rude and kinda unprofessional. The person who poked me, went directly through my vein. It was incredibly obvious as someone who works in health care, and then he sat there and fished for the vein he just blew. Didn’t get the chance to speak up because he just walked away. Then, they tell me I was only 23% completed with my donation after an hour (wonder why! you blew the vein!), and said that they wanted to poke my OTHER arm. They do not honor the vip pass you get for being a new donor if the line is “long” they say “we won’t take it, to skip that line” because the other location is closed.
