Worst plasma center. Dirty, blood always on the floor. The employees don’t seem to care anymore so I switched centers after donating here for 3 years. One benefit from donating here: I met John, the DST. We’re still going strong. Long after CSL. I hope things change and the fees get better. Not only for the donors but for the employees as well. There are a few people up there I adore and they work too hard. Greg, Joel and Crystal are the backbone of that place.
Where to start? Firstly let me compliment people like Crystal, Gail, Joel, and Greg. Those guys basically run that center. Ak quickly becoming apart of that group. They’re the faces that make the wait times bearable. After going for three years it seems the company is running out of money to pay donors. Weight classes changed making payments smaller, shortly after dropping the payments a couple months prior. They’ve taken away the reward points and given us less incentives and bonuses. Unprofessional and desperate staff. Will damage your veins and then blame you.
Staff is very unprofessional. Plan on being there for hours. Employees are rude all the time. Do not go here
