Yes I agree sometimes the waits r long but the people earn there 5 stars my personal fav is crystal she is a friend and in my opinion an expert at her trade all staff r good but she is just my favorite
Friendly and professional
They lowered the pay out. Pretty much robbing the donors now. I was getting $45 for the 1st and $65 for the second. Now it's $45 and $50 for the second. Also no more rewards points so less money there also. If you're thinking about donating, don't. Them lowering the pay out shows they don't care want or need new donors. Because they ready to lose the ones they have over being cheap af and robbing us of the plasma. I'd advise if u do decide to donate ONLY do it the first few times and get the $100 payout 4 times. Its was ok at first because they paid the most but now with the new machines it vibrates causing extreme pain everytime you dont pump fast enough im used to pain working construction but your company has given up comfort for speed and to top it off you close down a extra day why? Obviously to make the lines longer and make the staff work harder way to go corperate greed
Great staff who deal with chronic under-staffing. Complaints about long wait times could be handled by hiring more staff, but CSL cut hours recently rather than hiring more people
