I’ve donated many times over the years and have always had difficulty at CSL. This facility more than any other I’ve donated at. I let my mixed opinions go for too long but hit my last straw with them today. I’ve had numerous botched sticks leaving me deferred, ineligible, stuck wearing ice packs on both arms, and on one instance spraying the saline mixed with red blood cells all over me. Friendly staff and it feels good helping people!
So much for trying to do good.... This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. They sent me home to get a document (that I later learned could have been resolved by simply looking at the copy of my digital W2, which I offered!!!) After making the drive home and back at around noon on a Friday, they tell me they now ARE able to accept my digital W2 but are now NOT accepting new donors because they "no longer have the staff to accept new donors " They were also rude and dismissive on top of that. Worst place to donate staff is lazy doesn't want to do their job you probably want to go to a different place not this place because of the staff's laziness and not wanting to work
WOULD RATE 0 Why open a place if you can’t fully staff it?? This place is the worst. DO NOT GO HERE. It’s absolutely ridiculous that it takes them 30 minutes before anybody even comes to the front counter. Right when I got in there for the second time there was no one at the front. Was told to go see staff so I waited in the line that takes forever because there’s only one person taking vitals.
