The app says they close at 2pm, the door sign says they close at 2pm, even the website and pre screening online says they close at 2pm. I show up at 12:30pm and they aren't open. Why? Just ridiculous the way this place is run. 2nd Saturday I have tried to go before 1pm and both times they are closed, but everywhere else, including the front door, says they are open until 2pm. Closed do to no medical staff. What a waste of my time. There is an invention called a phone that you can use to contact people to tell them to come into work. Staffing problems are not my problems, they are CSL problems, why should I pay the price for your incompetence.
So I get being short staffed but you guys might as well shut down at this point. Having all us Donors wait for close to 2 hours is insane. I've been coming here for years and this is by far the worst it's gotten. I understand it's not any of the employees fault but it is whoever is in charge of schedules. The actual staff who take your blood and check your blood pressure are very nice. Unfortunately the security is not so friendly. When I arrived at 3:00 pm on Friday the security told me it was closed, I said “why?” He replied “ cause there ain’t no cars here.” I won’t lie that pissed me off, you can talk like an adult and answer my question it’s not a hard thing.
