Honestly it’s been awhile since I’ve been but Annika and Laura are awesome helped me out with a quickness. I’ll definitely be coming to the Monroe csl as long as these two are here!!!
By far the worst plasma center out there. You're staff is rude, and lied saying I cursed at them, when I didnt. I cursed at my situation. And tried to get me differed out of petty spite. The wait times are abysmal, and there is always an excuse about why wait times are so long. And more often than not, instead of doing their jobs, staff likes to converse rather than attend to the donors. By far the most discourteous, unprofessional, and rude center out there. Been coming here on and off for several years and I hate it. Triage is a joke. It’s like Safeway, 8 registers and no one in them. No respect for my time at all. Ever. These people amble around purposeless. Servers at Denny’s move ten times as fast. These jokers wouldn’t last 8 hours in a real job. And I’m not reviewing a single visit, this is the same case for all my visits. Unfortunately people need the money so we eat it. Don’t go if you can avoid it or else plan for half your morning or afternoon.
