CSL please update your system...don't let donors answer their questions and tell them they can donate and then send them to medical because there is a hold from a failed protein test from 2025 make it to where donors can't answer their questions and notify them of the issue instead of causing people to waste their expensive gas driving there to be told they can't donate
It seems they've actually gotten it back together. I was ready to be frustrated and ignored as a return/new/lapsed donor. They have heard your criticism. And some of you aren't smart enough to realize you're the problem. My 1 star rating is gone. Thank you.
