I’ve donated many times over the years and have always had difficulty at CSL. This facility more than any other I’ve donated at. I let my mixed opinions go for too long but hit my last straw with them today. I’ve had numerous botched sticks leaving me deferred, ineligible, stuck wearing ice packs on both arms, and on one instance spraying the saline mixed with red blood cells all over me. Friendly staff and it feels good helping people!
So much for trying to do good.... This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. They sent me home to get a document (that I later learned could have been resolved by simply looking at the copy of my digital W2, which I offered!!!) After making the drive home and back at around noon on a Friday, they tell me they now ARE able to accept my digital W2 but are now NOT accepting new donors because they "no longer have the staff to accept new donors " They were also rude and dismissive on top of that.
