Honestly the tall skinny white security guard is a total creep made me feel extremely uncomfortable, kept walking by staring at me. There was several other people in line and only offered me water and kept on staring at me. As I was leaving he followed me out and it seemed like he was trying to engage in conversation but I was so nervous I rushed to my car. This place is clean and the staff is very nice. If you want the best Jeremy is the one. He is extremely kind, professional. and the best sticker there us. Thank you.
The donation center, it's nice. It has quick check-in, but that's about all of the positives because of the hiring freeze that they have in this state. It takes far too long to get a donation. Half of the machines aren't even being used because they don't have enough staff to staff them. So wait times are extremely long
You guys need to get it together. It should not take 4+ hours to donate. The phlebotomists drag their feet, and shame on the owner for not keeping an appropriate amount of staff employed here. Shut it down if you can't run it properly.
