Definitely the better location! The 4th St location is HIGHLY efficient.....even if there's a long line they get people in and out pretty quickly...unlike the San Mateo location! And the phlebotomists are also much better here....If you want to get in and out quickly I strongly suggest going to 4th st

My first donation my machine was turned up to high from what I was told, and my blood leaked into the plasma bottle. I got deferred for 2 months. I called 4 months later after my first donation and was told that I could donate. I drove a hour and forty five minutes to the center on my last dollar for them to tell me when I got there that I can't donate and will not be paid for today. 9 years later I try again, Hell they were paying $100. I go there, they tell me 2 hours. I say cool, some lady checks my veins, she says I'm good to go. 4 hours goes by, and some other woman decides that the tattoos I've had for 20 years effects plasma donation. Their company says tattoos that are 4 months old, then no. Nope, just because I have tattoos they discriminated against me. Their website says "We pay you for your time" No they dont. Come here to donate an i thought you get 100$ bonus for the 1st 5 times thats what it said online and i jus got 45$ for my sec donation, by far the worst place, i tried to call but nothing
