I was a donor from another center, transferred in for a one time donation. Instead of my new donor rate that I should have got, they gave me $40 less. Manager Nick just shrugged it off and said it was “unfortunate” and then pointed to a sign with 2pt font saying they didn’t have to do it. 0/10 WILL NOT RETURN!
