Long wait time, but I don’t care about the wait time because you have to go through the process when you are a new donor or a returning donor after so long you have to redo it all, No big deal. visited on 9/10 and the young blonde girl with the septum piercing (i’m sorry i don’t remember her name) did a phenomenal job! she was friendly and placed the needle perfectly. no bruising at all at the site which is especially impressive because i bruise fairly easily. thanks so much for a great experience!
Whatever cleaning company they are using sucks!!!! The mens bathroom smells worse than a truck stop bathroom that never gets cleaned. Constantly smells like old stale urine. Mirrors are all streaked and handdryers dont look like they have been scrubbed down/ cleaned in months.Staff i great and very friendly.
At 9:00 AM on Today's date Monday September 7th the front desk female employee answered the phone. I simply asked her what I need to bring for a lapse donor and she hung up on me after I asked what her name was. I'll be reporting this to corporate. If this hostile work environment continues I'll gladly take it to court. :)
