Updated 2/6/2026 This place has some great employees who have been loyal through some awful times! The company needs to invest in their donors and make the process more streamlined as well as pleasant. The cups need stocked and they need more snacks. There needs to be a more friendlier atmosphere instead of weekly observations discrediting the veteran employees in front of the donors. Have been donating at CSL for over a year and have only positive experiences. I appreciate phlebotomist Brandi and her skills making my donations positive.
Every time I come to CSL Plasma, I feel welcome when Brandi is there. She is very friendly and super nice and makes me feel like I belong to CSL Plasma. When I see that she is working, I know it will be a great time donating. If you ever get a chance, try and ask for Brandi if she is available! Thank you CSL Plasma for having such a wonderful team member such as Brandi!
