Payments for donations are getting lower and wait times are getting long
Was seen for the 1st time in almost a year. The new staff is wonderful, very efficient,caring and helpful. But pay amount is still low compared to other companies in the area. The chosen pay card,by pay sign,isn't working very well for me personally. Card would only allow me to get half the money for use, then declined all other transactions. That part still needs work
Rudeness by the front office technician. The floor technician are very professional. But those technicans checking you in horrible. Loud, rude, twerking, at the entrance.
