First time donating and the environment and staff was amazing, they talked me through everything took time to make sure I was okay even though it was busy on a Sunday afternoon
Clean, well maintained, and equally well staffed. Not 5 stars due to lack of information on how to get paid and could've been marginally better managed when I went. They should REALLY tell you the envelope they give you contains the card where you get your money from, I thought it was more whatever info about donating plasma.
I've been donating here for one year without incident and have always had a pleasant experience. But my last donation I got jabbed by a newbie and something went wrong -- I started gushing blood, they quickly wrapped me up and switched arms and the donation went fine. But I developed a massive bruise on the original area. And so on my next visit I was turned away.
