So ive donated here for years. The wait times and the staff were great. Recently they have become short staffed and the wait times are insane. Staff seem overly worked and stressed out. They need to hire more employees
The biggest and nicest facility but the ABSOLUTE WORST staff of all time!! These pics are from right now where on a Friday after 5pm they have no one trying to do anything!; I walk in and only one person is taking vitals even though 2 or 3 ppl are walking around in the area doing anything but checking patients one guy was literally wiping binders!! So after 30/40 to get my vitals you think I go back and be the only person only to see a whole gang of ppl I didn’t even know were here and they are running just ONE both of beds ... read more
This beautiful bright soul of a person is and has been a great experience in a personable atmosphere I recommend her to be some type of leadership because she is just right across all scales especially from the donors perspective she knows how to treat the people with a smile and make us leave with a smile which is something that makes me want to come back to and donate my time I was in and out the facility with drink cup of water and crackers for subsidence in my gut thous so I wouldn't get sick after donating very importan... read more
I went to CSL today and it was the worst experience ever they hit my nerves twice on my arm people talking about cat poop me trying to get someone to help me when my needle was hurting my arm and no one is coming and then people complaining that they had to go home didn’t want to come help me the worst experience ever Then I get defer till July because I didn’t get my blood back and the worker complaining about there manager
