Tiffany was the one that checked me in. Tiffany is always so sweet and helpful. When I walk in and see her, I know it’s going to be a great process. She’s always smiling too, I especially love that about her!

The Ina facility is kept spotless and is very well run and is one of the best plasma centers in Tucson including all other CSL centers here and any other center. This center should have a much higher rating and I have never understood that. Michael G., Brittany, Juan and Jose are the very best phelbotomists and always know what they're doing. Friendly staff, comfortable sitting, easy routine.
Always crowed, never enough people working the front.newer technician that aren't good at their job. No more social distancing between donors on the donation floor. I heard other locations are just as bad so ho somewhere else if you can. Place still suck and Paulo is terrible at her job other techs socialize instead of calling next client.
