Monica made my experience horrible once i get to the back to be poked she pokes me wrong and doesn’t seem to know what she’s doing at all then tries to get someone to see if she did it right and nope my arm starting swelling and tried to do my other arm i refused i come a lot and it’s only happened once from being poked wrong from someone and it happened again you can see when they don’t really know what they’re doing and the ones that actually know what they are doing

So much has changed since my review a month ago, not anything bad, but more sad. I'll explain, for one thing, Noelle is gone who was an excellent phelobotomist and I also haven't seen Meghan for awhile either, ( hope she's not gone too) !! Meghan is also, like Noelle, a flawless phelobotomist. Used to be the best location to go to and now even though it is the cleanest it is now the slowest. They are constantly understaffed it’s rare you have more than 1 bay in use. I’ve had to be in line for 1hr plus when there are several empty beds but not enough staff to call donors back. There is a lot of tension between employees and between employees and managers. Used to have good donating experiences As well as incentive, Stopped donating for a year went back as a returning donor to find out payouts have decreased significantly (50%) and well Wasn’t ever gonna bring it up, but no improvements have been made in a while so I shall bring it up. Worst place ever. Nurses just sit don't do anything right. Melissa the nurse didn't even have the courtesy to call me back before heading to plasma place to confirm.They mess up your profile with someone else and repoke you 2x. It is the worst place nobody communicates.no doctor when you need them.
