Regular donor close to 300 donations last one might be my last Friday was stuck and donation was not going well staff was too busy stocking and ignored my trying to get help needle came out blood everywhere on me the floor the walls the machine it sprayed for a while finally staff shut it off and was going to restuck the other arm to return blood cells the tube connection broke so no return of blood cells and was rushed out the door thinking of suing as my arm is now numb
I like this donation center very friendly staff and very clean. Never had issues with csl ill keep coming back helps me n my family get by throughout the month .

Nice clean place. The only issue I have is they are one of the lowest paying plasma centers around and sometimes the ppl doing the vitals and finger prick socialize while the line has 10+ people in it...
Very clean staff is are nice down to earth people. And to everyone complaining about the wait there are other plasma centers u can go to i have been to a few other centers and I rather come here.other center got people rite in front waiting for donors to get done and ask u if u need drugs they got it not cool!!!
Very bad place to go so unorganized to much playing going on the management are very selfish and the lines are to long understaffed over all bad place to go to.
The people in front are okay but the people who stick you in back SUCK!! SOOOO LAZY MOST OF EM!! Taking their sweet time to set up the machines, call you back to a chair AND disconnect you once your cycles are done! They stand around n talk to each other CONSTANTLY instead of paying attn to what going on. It only takes me 40 mins to donate the most (880ml) yet my avg. time there is between 2-3 HOURS! IF it weren't for that monthly bonus I'd go back to Interstate Plasma on the south side.
