The worst type of people work here, they only train workers with a YouTube video lolol and no one is qualified, the nurses are not nurses per say they use nurse like cashier or stocker!! Be careful they don't give a shit about you or your health!!
RecommendedCustomer service is the best here, the center is always clean and the people are friendly and respectful. I don't go anywhere else to donate. I give CSL Plasma 5 ⭐

I am fairly new to donating ~3 months ever in my 41 year life. I do it solely for the good cause that comes with the donation. After checking in and waiting in line for close to 20 minutes I get called into booth #5 by an employee named Angie. At the same time I got a call from my doctor on my phone and I had to answer to tell the doctor’s office that I will call her back. Because of 1 seizure they say i can't donate for 3 years! wtf and i ain't have to be honest but had a IV spot on me and had to bring discharge paperwork and was told this! very polite ppl and ran smooth just mfs come from Brown Deer to SM and mfs always trying to hustle there lmao But 3yrs lmao y'all got me fd up. I'm going there today f it lol
Great place to go. Very clean ..... Friendly staff & clients. I made Gold in'19 = 100+ donations in a year, trying to do it in '20.
