So the staff does not change their gloves unless they get blood on them. That is what the last tech told me. I noticed blood on her glove and she missed it. Today I came in and watched a tech wipe off the blood from her gloves and continue touching ALL equipment and did not wipe the equipment down between clients. Blood borne pathogens remain after you wipe with a dry cotton! This is so dangerous!
I had such a great experience during my visit, and a huge part of that was because of Mrs. Torrie. She provided excellent service, was extremely kind and professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. She made everything so easy and stress-free, and honestly turned what could have been a routine visit into a genuinely memorable experience. I truly appreciate the care and positive attitude she showed. She definitely deserves recognition for the amazing service she provides!
My CSL experiences has been so inviting. Its a clean and fresh environment The staff is always waiting to help; it's a place of 😊 smiles ( hello's and how you doing) so respectful. And I just love those lab coats they wear, they're so ❄️ white.👍
