Horrible customer service from workers very rude I do not recommend them go elsewhere
Most visits are ok but there have been a couple times I’ve questioned the efficiency of those checking stats. Thankfully, I don’t need the money awarded for bills or anything like that but if it are doing it for that I’d say maybe find another more reliable source. Sometimes I believe the equipment can be faulty or those checking stats may be inefficient. Attempted to donate for the first time. Long story short I was turned away because "someone complained I smelled of pets". I don't know who complained or who they smelled because it wasn't me. I took a hot shower this morning and can personally still smell my body wash. I wore a clean outfit that was just washed 2 days ago... So what was smelling like pets, I have no idea but it definitely wasn't me! They told me to go home and I could come back later or tomorrow... How's that going to change anything?
