The staff aren’t really the problem but the system they go by, their judgement on things is varied and it’s too inconsistent. I’ve tried to donate three times this month and could only get one donation in since the first time they let a rookie mess up my arm and again when I came back on my third. I wouldn’t be upset if they’d just reimburse me for my time wasted getting checked out only for them to mess it up at the end.

I tell ya! Them phlebotomist are super professional, like team members Jesse and Hector. Rose was a delight too talk to and kept the experience super fun! Y'all need to check this spot out. Thanks csl! Y'all are better then all the other plasma locations!!! And Kimberly rocks!!!!!!!!! I take it all back. Why is it no one can ever answer the phones???
Take extremely long , the nurse will literally take her time sit there while there’s new donors waiting 2+hours just waiting . They don’t care if we have places or kids to get home to they take their sweet time to get in new donors
