Great service and atmosphere. As soon as I walk through the front door I'm greeted by the most awesome young ladies working in the front. Samantha, Tyra, and Michelle always make me feel like family when I get there, always have a welcoming attitude. I can't speak for the other people but I love these ladies, so friendly. !! BEWARE!! Medical documentation is falsified!!! Shocking Lack of Professionalism and Accuracy — Avoid This CSL Plasma Location There was no one in line when I arrived, so I walked up to the front. Instead of checking me in, the staff told me to walk all the way around to the “entrance” of the line — even though it was completely empty. I followed instructions, came back, and stood at the front again. I used to donate at CSL on Ella...then I haven't donated in about 2 years. I moved and decides to start to donate again. I went to the location on Little York and Antoine thinking I would have to start as a new donor...but the lady at the desk said I would be a returning donor but I would have to go through the process as a new donor...meaning I would be there for several hours and I was told I would only receive $30 for my donation! Needless to say....I LEFT! Come on CSL! Really?
