I don't like to put out negative reviews but unfortunately, this place was unbelievable. I didn't go there once like an idiot. I went back the second time just to confirm my findings. This place is the equivalent of the four hour. Wait as if you were going to the DMV. These people are unprofessional rude and they look for any reason they can to waste your time and to reject you from donating blood, as if the money is coming out of their wallet, they do tell you upfront that they're going to waste four at the initial I left a... read more
I love this plasma center, the people are always attentive to the donors with great attitudes. They’re quick to get people in and out in a peaceful way. Also, this lady named Sammy or Sam she is probably the sweetest person I’ve ever encountered with always has a great attitude and energy. She’s the best, i highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a place to donate.
This place is by far the best donation I’ve been to so far.. staff here is pretty helpful from the moment u come in as a first timer. Mrs. Barbara is awesome as well as Samantha and the rest of the front team along in the back with morris and the rest of the team players in the back.
I was a first time donor. I came back my second visit and the employee Kendrick was plugging me in and I asked the man if it was okay to use the same arm and he said yes. I asked if I was going to have any issues cause I may bruise he stated to use the other arm for my next visit. I came back for my third visit and had a bruise and Mr. KENDRICK did my vitals and told me I had to see the nurse and they would not let me donate and pushed me back 3 days. Great service and atmosphere. As soon as I walk through the front door I'm greeted by the most awesome young ladies working in the front. Samantha, Tyra, and Michelle always make me feel like family when I get there, always have a welcoming attitude. I can't speak for the other people but I love these ladies, so friendly. I also love the great spirit and smile Ms. Sabrina the nurse seems to keep every time I go there. In the back Morris, Tony, and Mario keeps me laughing.
