Current new donor promotion is 500$ over 5 visits. My friend referred me. I’ve been to 3 different plasma centers and this one was the fastest, going through the entire process. 1st donation was 2 hours, 2nd donation was 1.5. Regulars are done under 1.5 hours. The phlebotomist are all really good, no complaints.

Shout out to Mrs. Mar in the front great hospitality, knowledgeable about the whole process, and attentive! Any new donors would have a great first time with her walking them through! Also Shout out to Cedrick and Jessica i believe is her name they were consistent on helping with the check in and screening process. I enjoy the service that I receive from intake to donating. I really like the way Miss Cassandra and another young lady that be in boot one they have very good attitudes and energy. I am not pleased by one of the intake people I never cared to know her name because she was always rude and her energy is very negative But I know she has gold and black dreads and she’s Mean and evil person and I think that CSL will lose donators at the Lil York location because of her other than that everyone is a beautiful staff But I also bel... read more

I had an incredible experience at CSL Plasma! From the moment I walked in, the staff was so welcoming and professional. Angela, the LVN, was absolutely amazing—so kind, attentive, and really made my visit smooth. The whole process was efficient, and I felt well taken care of. Huge thanks to the whole team—I’ll definitely be back!

I am extremely disappointed with how my recent visit was handled. When I came in to donate, I was informed that I had been automatically deferred by the system for two weeks. Naturally, I asked why, as any donor would be concerned about a change involving their health. Vicky told me she did not know the reason and that the system had automatically deferred me.
