Great service and atmosphere. As soon as I walk through the front door I'm greeted by the most awesome young ladies working in the front. Samantha, Tyra, and Michelle always make me feel like family when I get there, always have a welcoming attitude. I can't speak for the other people but I love these ladies, so friendly. !! BEWARE!! Medical documentation is falsified!!! Shocking Lack of Professionalism and Accuracy — Avoid This CSL Plasma Location There was no one in line when I arrived, so I walked up to the front. Instead of checking me in, the staff told me to walk all the way around to the “entrance” of the line — even though it was completely empty. Slow, staff is always playing too much and they don't pay enough for bullshit you go through. Last time I went I waited in line for 3 1/2 hours while the staff was just back there doing nothing. Need to pay more than what they give and get some efficiency going. Not all the staff are bad but the majority are......fix that CSL!
