This is my first time donating here at this location first off let start off the waiting area and bathroom is clean! I love the staff very friendly and make me feel welcomed and comfortable and very understanding. I was in and out wait wasn’t long. Was very easy not complicated at all. Will be coming back to donate at this location !💕
i think they borrowed one of the ppl who test your protein & iron from the 6862 S Texas 6 Suite 124, Houston, TX 77083. cuz this tech told me to go back to the nurse for something barely visible that even the nurse was saying wasn’t bad. a giant waste of time to help give their lines a break or something. seriously the reason i come here is that they don’t sweat tiny insignificant marks that’s my choice. i hope that tech finds another job. cuz in this economy, with the jobs available (where you will get cuts and bruises) wit... read more
I don't like to put out negative reviews but unfortunately, this place was unbelievable. I didn't go there once like an idiot. I went back the second time just to confirm my findings. This place is the equivalent of the four hour. Wait as if you were going to the DMV. These people are unprofessional rude and they look for any reason they can to waste your time and to reject you from donating blood, as if the money is coming out of their wallet, they do tell you upfront that they're going to waste four at the initial I left a... read more
They give you money via their own pre-paid card. I set up my card in their Paysign app. Never used it once, the card has been in my wallet the entire time. Which no one has access to. I never put the info online anywhere. All of my money got stolen somehow. Don’t go here. Your money isn’t safe. They have cyber security issues clearly. Response to their comment: I called the number. Took me to a call center that had no idea what was going on. Wow they really do care about their donor experience!
Very Clean and Professional Staff. Get you in and out in no time. One of the employees named Cassandra was very kind and helpful. Best CSL location for me so far.
