Very slow and used this baby line as a excuse to be slow. Got smart because I ask how long Will this take. So if anything ill come back tomorrow n instead of giving a time the black lady said look around.. like huh? I seem BioLife way worse. Current new donor promotion is 500$ over 5 visits. My friend referred me. I’ve been to 3 different plasma centers and this one was the fastest, going through the entire process. 1st donation was 2 hours, 2nd donation was 1.5. Regulars are done under 1.5 hours. The phlebotomist are all really good, no complaints.
I enjoy the service that I receive from intake to donating. I really like the way Miss Cassandra and another young lady that be in boot one they have very good attitudes and energy. I am not pleased by one of the intake people I never cared to know her name because she was always rude and her energy is very negative But I know she has gold and black dreads and she’s Mean and evil person and I think that CSL will lose donators at the Lil York location because of her other than that everyone is a beautiful staff But I also bel... read more
Worse service every. First time donor, came 30 mins early, told I didn't meet the cut off time. Than nurse came out and said she got me. But there was someone new donor also waiting and than there was two more new donors came after me. And no one didn't even mention the cut off time to them. I set and waited for a long while. Than another nurse took one look at all the new donors made a negative juster and started with me as far weeding out donors. Because Im sure she didn't want to work. Shout out to Mrs. Mar in the front great hospitality, knowledgeable about the whole process, and attentive! Any new donors would have a great first time with her walking them through! Also Shout out to Cedrick and Jessica i believe is her name they were consistent on helping with the check in and screening process. The techs in the back were good as well easy donation process the first day was a little long because of the paperwork but the actual donation was less than an hour .
