My overall experience was ok. I felt a little unease when I saw the employees in the back who were sticking people. I notice how exhausted the employee's looked when I got to the back. I felt sorry for them. The lady who stuck me was nice but was sweating profusely. I overheard the employees complaining about there feet hurting and the long hours they have to stand. It was nice when it first opened. The environment seems clean, professional. The workers on the other hand, while some are professional, most seem ok with talking about other donors not in a nice way and making fun of some (specifically heavy set donors). It could be the environment so open on the floor but certain comments should be left on lunch or break. I enjoyed the staff and what the center offers (cleanliness,friendly staff willing to help . The staff was professional and sincere to me when I donated. The technology and well-organized staff makes ,this center a top A+. Thank You To everyone working at CSL Plasma
