Not enough staff ever, sometimes you are in that plasma center for up to 3 hours how is that quick especially if you need to get back to work yourself ?! April seems to be the only one with a huge work load the only phlebotomist worth a damn in this New Hope location and probably underpaid to boot. Had no problems the money was put on my card right away it did take awhile but everything worked out so after 3 hours for my initial intake it was nice to walk out with 80$
I am a manual check in and it never fails that 5 or 6 people will come in and be taken befor me, this is very unfair. I was put in my place today And told that if I know a better way then tell management, she then stood out in front discussing me with other employees, I could hear her, sure other people could as well. Really thinking about another company.
Better watch you amounts. Their systems glitched and they only deposited $20 instead of the $70 they were supposed to for my fiance. Good thing we question things before we leave. I was unable to donate because no one knows how to take blood pressure and they rely on a machine that doesn't work for everyone. The machines have never been able to take my blood pressure anywhere. Wasted almost two hours just to find no one can take blood pressure.
