Long lines! Only 2 screeners and one keeps getting up to do other things. So, more like 1.5 screeners! I would rather donate at octapharm.
The screening process is just fine, some of them can be lazy and conveniently go on break even when there is a long line, but they are professional and courteous. However, the people who actually inject you are inept, unprofessional, and rude. Especially if you are white.
