the time you open up is at 6:00 the doors don't open until 7:00 even if the line is short YOU are in there for an hour or more before they even check you before you go to the back of they did more WORKING then walking around and talking the work will be done I went in on a wed at 7:00am DIDN'T leave until 12:00 pm went in on a Friday at 8:00 didn't get out of 11:30 It is a crying shame that they make you wait that LONG moving slow knowing you got a long LINE they need to do BETTER..as long as I have donated I never BEEN in t... read more
The staff is super unprofessional and behave in the WORST way, April or whatever they says her name is , has a Horrible attitude, her and the MSA are always in each other face and they talk about smoking weed & what they are eating for lunch. Too much socializing, if your a new doner they skip over you, and the manager clearly acts as if she doesn't see it. They act like high school students, going to lunch 2 at a time and leaving you there hooked up for a hour or more. This place needs to be shut down completely and put... read more
