I have been a loyal donor since it was ZLB Plasma.I went in to donate this past Wednesday after they opened at 7.After finally waiting to get into a screening booth my vitals were taken.The next thing that I knew this short ,older woman who works there came up to me and asked me how I was.I replied ok to which she said I wasn't going to be able to donate because I had an odor about me.I tried telling her that I had a shower the night before I went to bed but she wouldn't listen.I left there very hurt,angry and offended.After... read more

I was just kicked out for wearing work cloths by one of the managers but only seconds before i was seen a women with inappropriate clothing on went all the way threw but i am not aloud back i think this is an inappropriate way of handling situations and if one is not aloud to wear something no one should be aloud
I've been donating to CSL for over 6 months now and find the staff to be professional, concerned and attentive to their donors. I used to be a faithful Red Cross donor until someone referred me to CSL. Red Cross did a blood drive at Citadel Mall a while ago. Before donating I asked about the "gifts" for the donors, they said they still had them. I said ok because I really wanted the Cinnebarre tickets. Staff on the floor is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. They are constantly telling loud jokes, having conversations with each other, throwing objects at each other, and not paying attention to machines that are not operating during a draw (are there any competent Managers on the floor?) The employees act as if they are there to have a good time and donors are secondary low life nuisances. My overall experience was ok. I felt a little unease when I saw the employees in the back who were sticking people. I notice how exhausted the employee's looked when I got to the back. I felt sorry for them. The lady who stuck me was nice but was sweating profusely. I overheard the employees complaining about there feet hurting and the long hours they have to stand. I noticed the employees stocking and not really paying attention to the customers they looked understaffed. The staff looked unhappy and that says a lot about a ... read more
It was nice when it first opened. The environment seems clean, professional. The workers on the other hand, while some are professional, most seem ok with talking about other donors not in a nice way and making fun of some (specifically heavy set donors). It could be the environment so open on the floor but certain comments should be left on lunch or break. Did quick work, and it was okay.
I enjoyed the staff and what the center offers (cleanliness,friendly staff willing to help . The staff was professional and sincere to me when I donated. The technology and well-organized staff makes ,this center a top A+. Thank You To everyone working at CSL Plasma
