Staff on the floor is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. They are constantly telling loud jokes, having conversations with each other, throwing objects at each other, and not paying attention to machines that are not operating during a draw (are there any competent Managers on the floor?) The employees act as if they are there to have a good time and donors are secondary low life nuisances.
