Would give it no stars if I could. Increasingly rude behavior from the staff, then from management. Extreme wait times when there doesnt seem to be a need for them. Ive finally had enough and am not going back. On more than one occasion Ive been made to wait in the screening booth because someone had to finish a conversation instead of helping me. My wife was made to wait extremely long to donate (over an hour), than was told to leave when the manager asked her if she felt that she was doing a good job, and my wife answered ... read more

but all i ask from king to u we need the peace with our to kingdoms so please we have had to much war with use the hunters grow in the numbers daily
Personal information was left out where others can see it. Staff dont know each others name. Waiting is very long and the treatment is unprofessional. What I laughed is that they dont know the directors name or who signs their paychecks.
I had a great experience at this place. It was very clean & the staff was friendly. Went out of their way to make me feel comfortable & relaxed. They are very strict about what they will & will not accept, but this should make anyone feel good. At least it does me, that way I know I have low risk & if I ever need plasma from this place it will be clean.
Good people, slow early in the morning but usualy picks right up. one word to the wise save you csl points and cash them in for express passes. sure beats the lines lol.
new company bought it. CLN, i think. dont go right now. they cut donation pay in half and are trying to lower the number of donors they get.
and great extra money!
