I agree with Lu-Man and would give them zero stars if that was an option. There are long wait times, which I expected. My biggest issue is with the "fine-print". The key word here is "PRINT". I am pretty good with attention to detail...especially when someone offers me information and the involvement of needles and my body fluid are involved. When you walk in the front/main lobby, signs are posted describing what the compensation is for each plasma donation. It varies by weight category, so I only read and remembered what my... read more

Don t go here unless you enjoy misery. Minus the extreme wait times which are pretty much to be expected...the employees there are just about as unprofessional as they come. Only a couple seemed like they actually knew what they were doing but the rest come across very inexperienced. There were two times that some of the employees actually got in an argument practically right over me. Not to mention no one could get the machine I was hooked up to to work and would just leave it beeping for almost 30 minutes before anyone wou... read more

Would give it no stars if I could. Increasingly rude behavior from the staff, then from management. Extreme wait times when there doesnt seem to be a need for them. Ive finally had enough and am not going back. On more than one occasion Ive been made to wait in the screening booth because someone had to finish a conversation instead of helping me. My wife was made to wait extremely long to donate (over an hour), than was told to leave when the manager asked her if she felt that she was doing a good job, and my wife answered ... read more
