This is a very positive place to donate! They are all friendly here and do a good job with all of the people who come to donate. I love all the staff that work here.

The staff was very friendly, but I was not allowed to give plasma due to tattoo s. They say the tattoo s may offend other people donating. The tattoo s are not offensive. It s sad that in today s society such things still exist. I will have to pray now for a small miracle in having some sort of Christmas for the kids.
Do not waste your time. Poorly run, inefficient, disorganized, and defective equipment. You must have strong veins in both arms, if you do not, they turn you away. This is not the issue. The issue is that they don t bother to check your veins, a process that takes about 30 seconds, until after you have had a preliminary check-up, read an information book, watched a 25 minute video, that covered everything you already read in the book (repetitive), and been photographed and finger-printed, a process that takes about 2 hours. ... read more
I agree with Lu-Man and would give them zero stars if that was an option. There are long wait times, which I expected. My biggest issue is with the "fine-print". The key word here is "PRINT". I am pretty good with attention to detail...especially when someone offers me information and the involvement of needles and my body fluid are involved. When you walk in the front/main lobby, signs are posted describing what the compensation is for each plasma donation. It varies by weight category, so I only read and remembered what my... read more

Don t go here unless you enjoy misery. Minus the extreme wait times which are pretty much to be expected...the employees there are just about as unprofessional as they come. Only a couple seemed like they actually knew what they were doing but the rest come across very inexperienced. There were two times that some of the employees actually got in an argument practically right over me. Not to mention no one could get the machine I was hooked up to to work and would just leave it beeping for almost 30 minutes before anyone wou... read more
