My concern is a phlebotomist Crystal. She inserted the needle in both my arms in the same day last week and my first donation of the week this week. All 3 times it seemed painful throughout the donation processes. I’d highly recommend being handled by Irene, Sonny or Ashley or Trevor.
Great staff and as efficient as possible. I just wish staff and donors would be payed more per hour and donation. The staff often have to deal with slow outdated tech when it comes testing and accessing patient portals. It add unnecessary processing time that often is out if the staff's control. Recently, the center was given new TVs. If corporate has enough funds to send advertising tech, at least upgrade the med and records tech that makes everyone's experience alot easier.
Ashley, Sunny, Marie,Jay & Areceli are absolutely amazing they go above an beyond to ensure all my needs are met throughout the donation process.
Do not go to CSL plasma. Go to BioLife. Every single person on this staff that I worked with seemed confused and flat out slow. Then, after being there for over an hour, they denied me to donate because I was incarcerated 16 years ago. Nothing about this place makes sense And quite frankly, it’s probably a good thing because seeing how confused these people are I really don’t think I want them putting a needle in my arm. It’s not worth it guys this place is a JOKE
I have been going here to donate plasma for many years. The staff is always kind and helpful. The facility is clean. There are incentives to donate regularly and there are also gifts and prizes that are given away monthly. I love CSL Plasma. They have been great to me over the years.
