I like this place and the staff and would like to continue going but it's becoming intolerable and affecting my mental health despite my enjoyment of the process in general. Took 16 mins to be taken off the machine 1/28. Will move back up to 4* if it's better next time. Update 2/4: it takes WAY too long for them to get you off the machine!!! The staff is absolutely amazing being positive and taking care of each person coming in!!! I go there a lot because of the great atmosphere the team brings
I like this place. The staff are cool. The payments are definitely a bit low but still worth it (if I was getting more than $30 each time , or they didn't put you at the back of the line if you have to see medical, I'd for sure give it 5 ⭐). If they're busy come back another time, they tend to clear out fairly quickly. They could probably use another staff most days because they do seem a bit overloaded at times and it can take a little time to get taken off the machine. The wait suck and they cut the payment and bonus points, so it real makes donating not worth the time unless your doing it for unselfish reasons
