I brought my car in for an oil change and wheel alignment. For some context, my vehicle was starting to shake once I’d get to about 110 KM before I brought it in. My vehicle is a front wheel drive and I’ve recently bought new tires for ONLY my front. CSL decided to do a tire rotation after checking my tire tread. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful service. I dealt with them twice and will not go back ever again. First with my Lincoln which only required spark plug and a regular maintenance service done: they gave us back a vehicle with a motor that blew up a few miles out of the garage...when asked for answers, everyone in there took off... Second with a tow 10 minutes south of Cardston, they took twice the time to get to my location and the employee was very rude and lecturing us about driving on the highway...
