I am absolutely floored at the incredible service and professionalism that was freely given from Richard at CSL. Richard went way out his way to ensure that I felt respected and served as a customer. His level of service, immediacy and professionalism not only reflected well on CSL but also on the town of Cardston. It is a true rarity to experience such levels of service and civic diplomacy from the citizenry. Well done, Richard. A simple vehicle service call has me thinking about moving to Cardston one day.
