Our experience as a 69 unit condo group has been very positive especially when compared to previous management experience's.
I am really surprised by the negative ratings here. When we moved into our condo our little HOA community was poorly managed. We transitioned to another manager who ended up in trouble with the law. Then we found CSK and they have been great. They respond quickly to questions and concerns. They are polite and helpful and understand our needs as a small community.
