Called for a quick AC repair on a Sunday afternoon, tech was onsite with an hour, diagnosed issue in 15 minutes and back up and fully functional 30 minutes later. This is what people want in customer service.
He was very fast, very professional and actually solved our problems. He was the the third AC repairman we had out and he had the REAL problem fixed and was gone within 30 minutes.
He is responsive and comes out quickly even on the weekends when things usually break. He stands by the products he installs and his work. I highly recommend his company.
