Did not like the $1130 negative option billing that was forced on Brokers without their knowledge or consent (and after the fact) on the cloud-based services project. Each broker in Ontario was handed this mysterious invoice ... and now we need to pay it "or else". Not a very ethical way of doing business in a highly regulated industry that is bound by ethics and good-faith conduct.
