Every afternoon your truck stops under my tree for a time out or to have lunch but there is no shade in the front of the cab he just likes to break my branches off. today Jan 31 he past the trees and backed up as close to the curb until the branches were hitting the top of the truck. This trash company picks up our neighbor's trash. The truck honks three times at the end of our cul-de-sac and on other streets every Friday afternoon. The horn is loud and startling. No other trash company has this practice. I called and requested that they stop the honking. Today when the truck left the cul-de-sac, it honked six times as it left.
Hours are incorrect for the facility on 1717 East Yost Rd 7:00 AM til 3:15 PM Monday thru Friday 9:00 AM til 11:30 AM Saturdays Closed Sundays
Deceptive billing and new customer scamming ! Will try to hold $250 cancellation fee on you when complaining about over inflated surcharges that were open ended in contract compared to any other haulers ! My bill more then doubled after 1 year> Take a stand against this deceptive and unfair billing scam! Complain to Mn. Attorney Generals as I intend to do! Today, December 2, 2014, your truck 2214 (I'm not sure about the last two digits) was disseminating trash at 2:12 PM on I-70 about a mile east of the Grand Junction exit. It seems that the trash was not secured. Mario González
Troje's uses unethical business practices to sell you a service and then doubles your bill. (Check their BBB rating of 'F'....BBB dropped them.) After the first year they increase their fees, and pile on charges.... $45 'recycling surcharge" and Gas Surcharges are regular fees. Your initial fair deal quickly becomes the most expensive trash service in town. Plus, their recycling pickup is unreliable and spotty at best. We are missed by pickup on a regular basis. Bait and switch tactics with lousy service....BEWARE.

Beware of the 3 year contract they make you sign up. They say that the monthly rate will only increase by 5%-15% however the cover it up by creating a 20% surcharge. Their sales guy says if you are unhappy with the service you can cancel, so when you try to cancel the girl knows right await to tell you that it is not a service issue and they will be charging you the $250 cancellation fee.
