I used this storage facility while moving and getting situated in our new place in Alameda. I have had several interactions with Jericho, all of them pleasant. He is kind, very helpful, and made every interaction smooth and easy. Pricing for the units is reasonable, access hours are great, and I never once ran into any issues with safety or break ins. I highly recommend this company for your storage needs. I will use them again in the future!

If i could give this place no stars I would. My stuff was here less than 6 months and all my belongings were ruined by rats. All of my stuff was covered in rat droppings and urine and they ate everything else that wasn't. The facility refused to reimburse me for anything and they are not "liable" per the contract you sign, they even admitted they were aware of the rats on site. Save yourself the heart ache.

Great place! All around! Been a customer for a while now, decided to down size at the end of the month and they were very accommodating, got a new unit close by and Jericho even allowed me an extra day for moving! Thank you!
