Lovely people, clean units, and a nice park for eating lunch across the street. Felt safe unloading on my own even late at night :)
The guys were friendly. On time and curious. They worked miracles with my mess.
This is long overdue, but I do need to share how wonderful Jerico and CSI Storage are in Alameda. Not only are the prices very affordable, but Jerico goes out of his way to make the process of setting up an account and checking into a unit seamless. My organization had a last minute need for storage, and Jerico was able to get us a unit within 15-20 minutes even while juggling other tasks. If I could give more stars I definitely would first things first the storage is drive up you got to love that part. When I arrive the office was closed but the gentleman who was leaving happened to be the general manager Mike who stopped everything parked his car made sure I was taken care of and even walked me to my storage to make sure I knew exactly where it was.
