Pleased. The storage rep who I worked with was very helpful in helping me choose a unit and arranging for a coworker to show me the unit before I committed to renting.
Excellent service and unmatched price. Unlike *some* storage companies (you know who you are, you big corporate bullies), CSI doesn't try to squeeze profits from customers by offering a low introductory rate that balloons a month or two after you've moved in. It's sad that CSI standS out for not being excessively predatory, but they do.
Jerico, Marco and Efrain have always been very helpful. 10/10 Storage in Alameda and I have used their services for many years.
