CSI made the vision we had for our brush truck a reality. Throught the build it was not uncommon to get pictures of the progress. CSI didn't try to shoe-horn us into their template, they figured out what we needed and built accordingly.
In my 24yr tenure as Chief of Home TWP we purchased a pumper and a pumper/tanker from CSI. Our first pumper was one of the first to come out of the new facility. Can't say enough on the great support and service we received from CSI. Great people to deal with, I am now retired from the Dept and still would and do tell fire departments to get with CSI for your Apparatus needs. You will be treated like we were, as Family.
