Especially as of late they’ve been leaving the trash cans in the middle of the driveway and even on the road, which is a safety hazard and entirely unprofessional. I get that it’s cold and there is some snow on the ground, and I wouldn’t want to work outside now either, but if it’s your job it doesn’t take much attention to do it right, so please do it. After seeing the other reviews I’m not surprised that this is happening, however. Fix your company if you want to keep it.

I have had CSI for years - Since they were acquired from what I see is the new schedule is no more wed recycle pickup.. the recycle is picked up on Friday now I wish they would have let us know. I dont like to leave my container out for day's as the neighbors will think I am lazy. They use the same truck to pickup the recycle and your other household trash now.

One of the worst companies in the neighborhood. They convince HOAs by providing the cheapest price. They are not consistent in the pick ups and often leave the garbage in the middle of the road.

Every time they come to our farm they put the general trash and recycling in the same truck, undoing our time spent carefully separating recyclable items. What a disappointment. And probably illegal. Will take pictures next time it happens.
