We have known Scott for years and knew we wanted to shop local when Dr. Bratton was branching out and starting new private practice in Brock. I contacted several companies to re-connect my alarm system after we installed new windows. Everyone EXCEPT CSI seemed to want to sell me a whole new system rather than do what I was asking for. CSI scheduled my appointment very quickly, the technician arrived on time, was very polite and professional, he completed the work and cleaned up any debris, returned my blinds/curtains to the way they were when he found them and best of all, CSI did not charge me an arm and a leg to do the job. Need some some part for cameras company bought didn't come with power wire. These guys even though I didn't buy from them were great getting parts in need. Great company very professional explained all the opitions and try to set up the best system for your needs both scot and michelle went way above what they needed to do to make sure you fully understand i live over 2. Hrs away from weatherford and they still took care of my system for me i will reccomend csi to all my friends who need a security system
I had an existing alarm system that needed fixing. CSI came in and updated my stem and filled in some security gaps I had. Their pricing was the best I have found. Since then I have added security cameras which I love. Now they are doing work for my daughter. Solid customer service.
