IF YOU OWN A PROPERTY, DO NOT HIRE CSI COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT. THEY ARE A JOKE!!! They do not maintain our community properly. I am a resident owner at Heatherstone Condominiums in Charlotte, NC. The residents pay $248-$310 a month in HOA fees and they are not competent enough to handle a basic duty to keep the grass cut every two weeks. Shameful. I wish I could give a zero. This company is Horrible, can't answer a common question. They tell you they have 48 hours to respond back to you. Closed over a month ago, still no packet, nor CCR's in the mail, asked for help 4 times with log on help for their portal. Received a violation notice and it wasn't even my unit number. Out of 10 calls you might get a person to pick up the phone once, and transfer you to an extension where the person is working remotely, put won't tell you that. If a rating of a zero was allowed this would be a zero. In April of 2020 I was scheduled to close on a property as the seller. I have owned the property for 10 yrs, and everything is paid electronically since the initial purchase. Prior to the closing, I received a closing statement which was a record of my most recent payments and I noticed an anomaly, so I had a question. Absolutely the worst. Since they took over, we've had late notifications followed by fines because we did not receive their notices in time. My neighbors and I are at our wits end with these inefficient dictatorship. Before you purchase a home, make sure your HOA does not use CSI.
