We had contracted care through CSI Broward and Palm Beach county, Florida. The company misled and subsequently charged our 92 year old mother for her home health care when she was eligible for care. Between our case manager for CSI and the billing department they did not respond to our request for clarification and continually demonstrated and inept policy to rectify our situation. I would not recommend this company and advise potential clients to stay away from this elderly care company.
