Great work on the car……HORRIBLE customer service. It does seem like they are trying to hide something from the IRS. Which should’ve been a huge, huge flag.
Not a good place to get your vehicle fixed, tried to get an estimate, they kept giving me the runaround! And then when I called them about an estimate they said they weren't going to give me one at all! Not a good place to take your vehicle to get work done!!!
I stopped by to get a rough estimate on a bumper and maintenance cost. It didn’t take them long to identify the problem and give me a temporary clip fix for my old Jetta, on the house! Just that simple temporary fix made it look 10x newer, I felt like I robbed them! They were efficient and kind the entire time. They refused to accept pay for something they deemed not a big deal, but their acts of kindness left a huge smile of my face, highly recommend to anyone. Thank you!
