I hired CSG Renovation to remodel my basement, but it turned into a stressful and costly experience. They missed multiple deadlines and kept blaming supply issues. The end result was rushed and not worth the high price I paid.
Communication was a major issue. Once the contract was signed, getting updates from the team became difficult. I had to chase them for even basic answers about progress. Very unprofessional.
