We have been using CSE Electric for many years for service at our properties. They are great at their jobs and easy to work with!
Seeing that CSE Electric is based in Ellisville, MO. and my apartment is in the Botanical Heights neighborhood of South St. Louis, this might be a minor miracle. Correction: Two minor miracles. Most of the electricity in my apartment went out on 8/14/2024 at roughly 9:00 a.m. My lease office (to remain nameless and not known for fast service) sent out a maintenance man after lunchtime. Called and explained my electrical issue -- no power to some outlets but no circuit breakers tripped. Their person walked me through a few simple checks to try before scheduling a service call. It worked and no charge. Thanks much!
