I cannot express how terrible my experience with this company was, how terrible the communication was and how they handled my account. I would never refer anyone to this company. After a horrible experience with Paychex this was even worse.
Poor service.
Great payroll company! They have great systems, and great people that really care! If ever any issues or questions they very competently assist immediately. Far better service and competence for less than half the cost of the national payroll companies I've dealt with previously. What prompted this review is payroll specialist Kelly who is always fantastic really went the extra mile in answering a call at 5:03 when closing time is 5:00 allowing payroll to get run on schedule.
