I've been a customer for almost 20 years , went through numerous changes in your agency but stuck with you . I Miss one payment by 4 days , and you cancel both auto policies, and Home policy!! You guys are the best let me tell you . So I even call to see if I can just renew , you tell me no...wait 30 days and we'll switch you to Progressive !! What!! No thanks !!
