Great Dr. made me feel very comfortable.
Jennifer was professional and knowledgeable. She has a friendly bedside manner. I appreciate that she considered the cost of my prescriptions and was willing to offer alternatives.
Really disappointing experience. This office never seems organized and I’ve had repeated issues with them messing up my prescription by not sending it in, or saying it was sent when the pharmacy had nothing. I’ve had to make multiple calls just to fix their mistakes. For a medical office, that level of disorganization is frustrating and unacceptable.
Dr. Bognet is always professional, and answers all questions and concerns you may have. I did have to wait a fair amount of time, to see her versus my scheduled time, so just be patient.
