My sister rented from Herchel and jerry when she no longer wanted to rent from them they kept her $650 in security! My sister has always been a clean tenant she still has pictures of the apartment before she left it as well with videos Herschel keeps ignoring her text the lawyers calls. He don't like spending money to fix his buildings but is very quick to keep a single moms security money when it can go on her daughter... Disappointed...
Horrible. And I mean horrible. Do Not Rent From them!!! They are horrible landlords. They owe me money and are declining all my calls. They are liars and it’s disgusting. They deserve 0 stars!
